Sheila's fifteen years of Information Technology background proves her technical worth. As a copious note taker, Sheila gathers software requirements, leads process mapping meetings and documents all with ease. She enjoys head down web design/development. She keeps all levels of management, team and users, apprised of project milestones and progress in a timely fashion. As a researcher – if she doesn’t know something she'll find the answer!

E-learning comes naturally to Sheila due to her passion for sharing. She enjoys instructing others and pairs her graphics and desktop publishing knowledge with her adult learning training experience to author software tutorials, CBT’s, “how to” software guides, newsletters, etc. She's authored & edited: books, online content, tutorials, song lyrics, and more! Sheila can design outstanding print items, create a variety of Flash animations, retouch, enhance, edit, and digitally airbrush photographs for online photo books, scrapbooks, MySpace pages and all other digital (online / web) media.

Using best practices (the W3C and others, such as this article) Sheila plans, documents, and designs - not only the front end of a site - but the organizational file structure backend as well. PHP forms, no problem! Color, CSS blocking, Flash and more make designs that sizzle!

With over twenty years of sales experience and six graduate level classes completed in an Integrated Marketing Communications (4.0 GPA) program, Sheila understands the needs of retail corporations, direct and multi-level marketing companies.

At ease on both PC and Mac platforms Sheila has superior skills in the functional usage of the Adobe Creative Design Suite CS3, as well as, MS Office (all applications and versions) up to and including Office 2007.
